Shipping policy

All orders are subject to verification and acceptance. Once an order is placed, it will be processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability.
2. Shipping Coverage
We provide nationwide shipping across Pakistan. Delivery services are fulfilled through third-party courier partners selected at our discretion.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Areas: 3-5 business days
These timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to operational, logistical, or external factors.
4. Shipping Charges
We currently offer free nationwide shipping on all orders unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify shipping charges, promotional offers, or conditions at any time without prior notice.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method. By selecting COD, the customer agrees to:
- Pay the full invoice amount at the time of delivery
- Ensure availability at the delivery address
We reserve the right to restrict or refuse COD service for customers with a history of failed deliveries.
6. Shipment Tracking
Upon dispatch, customers will be provided with a tracking ID via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery timelines lies with the courier service provider.
7. Risk of Loss & Packaging
All products are shipped in secure and protective packaging. Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon successful handover of the shipment to the courier service.
8. Delivery Delays
We shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Public holidays
- Courier service disruptions
- Government restrictions
In such cases, delivery timelines may be extended without prior notice.
9. Failed Deliveries & Returns
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the parcel:
- The courier may attempt redelivery at its discretion
- The order may be returned to us
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel the order
- Restrict future COD orders
- Require advance payment for future purchases
10. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We shall not be liable for delays or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
